ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.21 of 2020 before the concerned Court. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.21 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 332, 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after a lapse of 18 months, the respondent police has not completed the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and the final report is made ready on 27.02.2020 and within 15 days the final report will be filed before the concerned court. 4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent to file the final report within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14545 of 2021 period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
