This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondents to issue the copy of the missing certificate for the documents Nos.1266-1977, 650/1975 to the petitioner's property by the way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2020.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint filed by the petitioner has been received through on-line. Thereafter, the petitioner has not come forward along with relevant documents to say that the documents are missing. Therefore, the respondents are not in a position to act on the complaint of the petitioner. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and submit relevant documents and the respondents shall take action on the complaint in the manner known to law as expeditiously https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
