Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the third respondent in relation to his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2920/Ka.5/2014, dated 17.4.2014 read with the proceedings dated 31.8.2016 in Na.Ka.No.8684/Ka.5/2016 and to quash the same and further to direct the respondents to extend the benefit of Tamil Nadu Chief
Minister's Extensive Medical Insurance Scheme to the Petitioners and accordingly enable the Petitioners to be reimbursed of the sum of Rs.2,46,267/- that they have spent on the treatment with the fifth respondent.
