ORDER

This Writ of Mandamus has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents, to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner in Na Ka 6799/15 (Sa pa) pending before the respondent herein within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.By the order dated 07.10.2015, the petitioner suffered an order of termination. Challenging the termination, he filed a revision petition before the respondent. In response to the notices issued by the respondent, the petitioner has appeared before the respondent on 07.01.2016, 12.02.2016, 16.06.2016 and 22.09.2016 respectively. Despite continuous appearance, there was no progress in the revision petition. Hence, this writ petition. 3.As the respondent itself is an institution, there cannot be any difficulty to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner.

Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the revision petition filed by the petitioner in Na Ka 6799/15 (Sa pa) and to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
