*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this litigation alleging that the fourth and fifth respondents have encroached upon a common pathway in Survey No.45/2A at Sathikottai Village and Survey No.53/2 at Q Ward, Eravuseri Group, Devakottai, Sivagangai District.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.R.Janarthanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, taking https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice for the official respondents.

3. A perusal of the typed-set of papers would go to show that the petitioner has not produced any document to show that there is any such pathway in the said Survey Numbers. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
