ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8926 of 2025 in Crl.A. 1/4

(MD)No.749 of 2025 dated 25.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition from 11.04.2026.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.8926 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.749 of 2025 dated 25.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. 15.06.2026 ogy 2/4
