O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer sought for in this habeas corpus petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter, aged about 22 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The petitioner is the mother of the detenue. She would state that her husband is working at Malaysia and they were blessed with two children, one son and one daughter, the detenue herein, however, she was found missing from 24.11.2020 and hence, she lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 26.11.2020 and the same was registered in FIR No.634/2020 under girl missing. But no action has been taken. Hence, the present petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner, the detenue and the third respondent appeared before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.1092 of 2020 this Court through video conferencing from the Public Prosecutor's Office.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the detenue is a major, aged about 22 years and she was having love affairs with the third respondent, who is working at South Korea. The detenue completed Post Graduate in Food Technician. Both of them have married on 24.11.2020 in a temple at Ukkadam, Coimbatore. The detenue and the third respondent have stated that after performance of their marriage on 24.11.2020, both are residing in the State of Kerala. The petitioner has also stated that since her daughter has already married the third respondent, they can live happily.

5.In view of the above statements, no further adjudication is required. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
