O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The prayer in this Habeas Corpus Petition is to direct the respondents to produce the petitioner's daughter namely, Solaiammal, aged 15 years before this Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared before this Court from the Public Prosecutor's Office through video conferencing. On enquiry, the detenue would state that she is willing to go with her father and the same was accepted by the petitioner.

H.C.P.(MD) No.1096 of 2020 3.In the light of the above statement, no further adjudication is required in this habeas corpus petition and hence, the same is closed.
