Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD)No.15916 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20110 of 2022 on 20.12.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner have been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.9692 of 2023 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the condition regularly and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmadevli.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.15916 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20110 of 2022 is relaxed in toto and that the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmadevli is directed to process the final report filed by the respondent immediately, since it was presented as early as in the year 2022 itself.
