The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission and Police Protection to conduct 15th year Kabadi Tournament for boys by the M.K.Memorial Kabadi Club at Chinnasooriyur Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District which is scheduled on 04.12.2016 at about 06.00 a.m., to 11.00 p.m., by considering petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2016.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishna Doss, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into merits of the case, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
