This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents to initiate appropriate criminal legal actions based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2022 and 22.06.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honble Court

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the second respondent received the representations of the petitioner dated 21.06.2022 and 22.06.2022 and it is pending enquiry.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent police is directed consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.06.2022 and 22.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
