Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioners seek grant of free agricultural electricity service connection for the petition mentioned lands.

3.It is fairly stated by the learned standing counsel for the respondents that the petitioners have already been allotted and the formalities for providing the connection will take some ten more weeks. The respondents are directed to 2/4

provide free electricity service connection to the writ petitioners for the petition mentioned lands within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities. 4.The writ petition is allowed accordingly.
