The petitioner has given representation dated 26.06.2024 for adopting a child under Tamil Nadu Cradle Baby Scheme. The petitioner's application shall be registered by the first respondent. The petitioner's entitlement will be decided by the first respondent. The petitioner may have to fulfil the appropriate norms. The question of seniority would also be there. 2.Calling upon the first respondent to take a call in the matter, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
