This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner based on the proceedings of the third respondent dated 30.10.2013 with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstance of the case and without going into the merits of the case and taking note of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 30.10.2013, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass final orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 16.09.2020 within a period of four 2/4

(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with the copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
