Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3723 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2898 of 2023 on 03.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly. In this case final report has been filed before the concerned Court and not yet taken on file. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3723 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2898 of 2023 is relaxed in toto and the petitioners shall report before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons.
