ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner's case is that his mother was known as Sornathammal and his father's name Nallaperumal @ Velu. However, the petitioner's mother's name was wrongly as Sornammal. The father's name also has to be corrected. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 18.06.2024. 3.The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law. The petitioner will be given notice and given opportunity to place all the relevant materials. The second respondent will consider the same before passing final order. This shall be within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
