Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to delay in arranging sureties, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.10244 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10244 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
