RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP.(MD).No.913 and 915 of 2020 in Crl.RC.(MD).No.100 of 2020 dated 13.02.2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.SARAVANA KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.913 and 915 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.100 of 2020 dated 13.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that initially this Court has passed a conditional order on 13.02.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court daily at 10.30 a.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition till now except the lock down period and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition from 26.02.2020 till 24.03.2020 and from 12.10.2020 till 07.12.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6649 of 2020 4.In view of the submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.913 and 915 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.100 of 2020 dated 13.02.2020. Hence, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required and he shall appear before the concerned Court on every hearing dates.
