PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested on 24.04.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b) and 302 @ 302, 120(B), 341 and 109 of IPC, in Crime No.19 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The prosecution case is that the deceased is the husband of the first accused, on 26.02.2022 at about 9.00 p.m., the deceased came to his house and quarreled with the first accused to sell his house property. After midnight, when the deceased quarreled in a drunken mood with the first accused and scolded her and her children in filthy language, due to the conduct of the deceased, his son namely Girivishnu attacked him with iron rod and subsequently with cricket bat on the head, resulting in the instant death.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that case has been transferred to some other Investigation Officer. Co-accused has been released on bail by this Court.
5. Considering the fact and circumstances of this case and considering the period of incarceration and the co-accused has been released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions;
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ottanchathiram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 06/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / 06/07/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
