ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the private respondents have high-handedly removed the cattle shed from his land with the help of the 3rd respondent, namely, the Inspector of Police, Thogamalai Police Station, has lodged a complaint before the respondents 1 and 2 to take action as against the respondents 3, 4 and 5 and also filed this petition.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent Police has already registered 2/5

a case in Crime No.195 of 2025 on 26.05.2025, for the offences under Sections 324(2) and 351(2) of BNS as against the unknown persons.

3. The petitioner has made a serious allegation that the private respondents have removed the cattle shed from his land with the help of the 3rd respondent, namely, the Inspector of Police, Thogamalai Police Station. Now, the respondent Police claims that based on the petitioner's complaint, a criminal case has been registered on the file of the Thogamalai Police Station in Cr.No.195 of 2025 dated 26.05.2025.

4. Therefore, this Court directs that the Superintendent of Police, Karur District, to withdraw the case in Cr.No.195 of 2025 from the file of the Thogamalai Police Station and entrust the same to the other jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police to ascertain the averments made in this petition. The concerned investigating officer shall conduct a fair investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.195 of 2025 before the concerned Court, within a period of six months from 3/5

the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
