This Writ of Mandamus has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2016, seeking regularisation of her service. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The petitioner was appointed as a sweeper in the Primary Health Centre, Chenthalai as per order dated 01.02.1987. The petitioner continued to work on consolidated pay of Rs.1,000/- per month for the past three years. Since her appointment has not been regularised, she repeatedly sent representations seeking regularisation of service.

Health Centre, Chenthalai vide communication dated 16.07.1999. The third respondent has forwarded all the particulars about the petitioner by the proceedings dated 18.06.2015 to the second respondent. After repeated communications, the second respondent communicated the proceedings to the first respondent on 09.07.2015, recommending regularisation. For the past 15 months no final orders has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
5.The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2016 and to pass orders. 6.Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
