This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to give permission with protection to conduct cultural function Aadal Paadal at Ulagampatty Temple Stage in Connection with the Aadi Fruit Festival of Sri Kumaramudaya Iyyanar Temple, at Ulagampatty, Singampunari, Sivagangai District, on 14.08.2019 at about 7.00 p.m., to 12.00 a.m. based on the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme viz., Adal Padal on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.17542 of 2019 14.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 26.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.
5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
