This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 147, 448, 427, 294(b), 323 and 506 (1) of I.P.C. 1/3

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is in progress and he would like to complete the investigation sooner.

3. Considering the said submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
