ORDER
The petitioner has sought for permission for conducting an indefinite hunger strike in front of Kamarajar Bus Stand, Colachel, for the permanent closure of TASMAC liqour shop No.4806 and its attached bar, situated at Colachel, Kanyakumari District, but it was rejected by the second respondent. Hence, he is before this Court. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the request was made for continuous hunger strike, now they are restricting their prayer to conduct hunger strike on any particular day.
3.Considering the above submission, the order impugned dated 2/4
14.05.2025 is set aside and the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation and the same may be considered by the second respondent Police. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
