2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking exemption to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.16,208.50/- in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

3. Since the petitioners have already received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) out of the award amount, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to pay the balance Court fee of Rs.16,208.50/- in the above appeal.

4. In the event of payment of balance Court fee, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission".
