For Respondent : Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 253 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 465, 467, 470, 472 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.253 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 14.07.2022, at about 02.00 p.m., while the defacto complainant was on duty in his office, the accused persons in a drunken mood abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also stated that the petitioner along with other accused created forged seals and put his signature in the document for the purpose of obtaining loan. Hence, the complaint. 3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but, a false case has been foisted against him. He further submitted that based on the confession statement alone, the petitioner's name is implicated in this case.
4. Heard, the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

5. On perusal of CD file, it shows that the specific allegation has been made against this petitioner that the petitioner along with the other accused created bogus seals and obtained loan.
6. Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioner and such conduct of the person is not entitled for any consideration at all, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
