For Petitioner : M/s.Manikandan S, Advocate For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditional order, dated 04.07.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.3386 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi. 2.Originally, the petitioner was released on bail as per the order of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.3386 of 2022, dated 04.07.2022. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is not in a position to comply with the condition. Hence, prays for modification. 3.Admittedly, the petitioner was released on lower Court bail and for any modification, he has to approach the concerned Court. Without approaching the concerned Court, he cannot directly seek direction from this Court.
