PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to pass an Order of Direction, to direct the 2nd Respondent and his Police officials that Not To Harass the petitioner and his family in the guise of enquiry based on the 3rd respondent's complaint and further to direct the 2nd respondent and his police officials that Not To Interfere into the Civil dispute, which is pending adjudication in O.S. No.292 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam. 1/4
