To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.10.2018 passed in R.C.A.No.3 of 2011 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Tribunal(Principal Subordinate Court), Dindigul by confirming the Fair and Decreetal Order in R.C.O.P.No.2 of 2003 on the file of Rent Control Tribunal(Principal District Munsif Court), Dindigul dated 28.03.2011 by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. C.R.P.(MD)SR.No.9426 of 2019:

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.10.2018 passed in R.C.A.No.4 of 2011 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Tribunal(Principal Subordinate Court), Dindigul by modifying the Fair and Decreetal Order in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2003 on the file of Rent Control Tribunal(Principal District Munsif Court), Dindigul dated 28.03.2011 by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. C.R.P.(MD)SR.No.9428 of 2019:

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.10.2018 passed in R.C.A.No.2 of 2011 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Tribunal(Principal Subordinate Court), Dindigul by modifying the Fair and Decreetal Order in R.C.O.P.No.3 of 2003 on the file of Rent Control Tribunal(Principal District Munsif Court), Dindigul dated 28.03.2011 by allowing this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioners in all the petitions and of Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents in all the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed by the petitioners seeking to condone the delay of 114 days in representing the above Civil Revision Petitions.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions and also considering the length of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) each to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which these petitions shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

3.These petitions are accordingly ordered.

4. In the event of payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the revisions, if it is otherwise in order and list the same "for admission" forthwith.
