ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representations requesting for the full payment of salary during the suspension period as per the standing orders of the respondent Bank. 2.According to the petitioner, seeking full salary for the suspension period, he made representations dated 08.11.2012 and 10.12.2015 to the respondents and the same are kept pending without consideration and hence, he has approached this Court. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the claim of the petitioner would be taken into account on merits.

4.Under such circumstances, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.12.2015, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
