ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to cancel the Registered Sale Deed dated 29.08.2012 bearing document 7082/2012 as per the orders passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.11332 of 2012 and WP(MD).No.229 of 2013 on 04.07.2014. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's claim and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
