This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second respondent from interfering in the civil dispute with regard to the land in T.S.Ward VI, Block 16, Town Survey No.1714 to an extent of 46 cent situated at Pettai Village, Tirunelveli Taluk.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner as well as the third respondent has appeared before the second respondent for enquiry and they have given a statement stating that they will settle their dispute before the competent Civil Court. the petitioner and there is no petition is pending before the respondent police.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
