Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SARAVANAKUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to illhealth, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P (MD) No.6228 of 2022 dated 05.04.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2022 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6228 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
