This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.801 of 2021 pending on the file of the second respondent police within the time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police seeks two months time to complete the investigation.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.801 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
