PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 4th respondent in issuance of impugned notice vide Ku.No.2/Aakkiramippu/2021/A1/dated 15.09.2021 and quash the same as illegal and thereby forebear the respondents from in any manner proceeding to demolish a portion of the property comprised in Survey No.1614/9, situated at Subbiahnaicker Street, Kadamaligundu, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District, without following the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994, and Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act or other applicable Laws.
