This petition is filed to restore the Writ Petition, which was dismissed for non-prosecution on 08.07.2019.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.3685 of 2014, which was dismissed for default on 08.07.2019, is restored to file.
