This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.09.2021, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for sub division of the subject property and issuance of patta in his name. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader based on the written instructions received from the third respondent, submitted that the application given by the petitioner is under consideration and orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court and it will be informed to the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and written instructions received from the third respondent, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to pass final orders, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order and 2/4

intimate the same to the petitioner.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
