ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Arocia Jabestin @ Jebastin, Age 19, son of Siluvai Ammal, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Heard Mr.N.S.Ramakrishna Dass, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiruvadi Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. The case of the petitioner is that she has given a complaint before the second respondent reporting missing of her son by name Arocia Jabestin @ Jebastin from 30.07.2022.

4. Today, the second respondent has produced before this Court the detenu along with a girl. On enquiry, the detenu stated that he had married the girl recently and he is not under illegal detention.

5. The statement made by the detenu is recorded. 2/4

6. Since the complaint is on mistake of facts, this Court is inclined to close this Habeas Corpus Petition by recording the statement of the detenu. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. [S.S.S.R., J.] [S.S.Y., J.] 08.08.2022 Index : Yes / No pm To:
