ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to issue permit for re-sale of M-Sand and for re-sale of Jally, based on the representation dated 19.07.2021. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the petitioner cannot be given permission based on a mere representation and that the petitioner has to fill up the necessary forms and make the application in the prescribed manner. On submitting such an application, the request made by the petitioner will be considered.

3. In view of the above submission, it is left open to the petitioner to complete all the formalities, by filling up the necessary forms and thereafter, the same shall be considered by the second respondent, for granting of permission to the petitioner.
