ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub Court, Maanamadurai, to expedite the enquiry in E.P.No.27/2024 pending on his file and dispose of the same within a time to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a petition in E.P.No.27/2024 in O.S.No.125 of 2022 before the Sub Court, Maanamadurai.

3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the Sub Court, Maanamadurai in E.P.No.27/2024 in O.S.No.125 of 2022 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to dispose of the petition in E.P.No.27/2024 in O.S.No.125 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
