ORDER

The petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between him and the private respondents 3 to 5.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, would contend that the complaints given by the private respondents 3 to 5 were registered as CSR.Nos.365, 366 and 377 of 2020 and the same were referred to the learned Executive Magistrate for enquiry and therefore, he prayed for dismissal of the present petition. 3.Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
