ORDER

The petitioner wants the petition mentioned encroachments to be removed.

2.When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that in March, 2023, the petition 2/4

mentioned encroachments were removed and the water body has been restored.

3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
