ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 9 and 10 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 and Sections 5(1) r/w Section 6 of the POCSO Act, in Crime No.12 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that, earlier, the petitioners have moved an anticipatory bail application and the same was dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Suppressing the above fact, the petitioners has engaged another counsel and filed this petition. Since the petitioners have

not approached this Court with clean hands, they are not entitled for the discretionary relief. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
