ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.1, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C r/w 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.256 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner said to have illegally transported 1⁄2 unit of river sand. Hence, the case. 3.The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by the order dated 16.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10660 of 2023, on the ground that the petitioner is having bad antecedents and involved in 6 previous case.

4.This petition has been filed without any change of circumstances, except stating that out of the 6 previous cases, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.12174 of 2023 3 cases have been disposed of. He would further stated that all the cases has been foisted upon the petitioner due to political motive. 5.There is no change of circumstances. Considering the previous antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to any relief. This petition deserves to be dismissed.

6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
