The present writ petition has been filed challenging the final assessment order passed by the third respondent on 20.03.2018 arising out of an allegation of energy theft.

2.Pending writ petition, the respondents have collected the said amount from the writ petitioner and so far, objection has not been raised by the petitioner in this regard.
