ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein not to interfere the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth Respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that based upon the complaint given by the fourth respondent, summon has been issued to the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein. He would further submit that the complaint has been given in respect of a dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent herein, over a lease hold right of Shop No.4, which belongs to the Town Panchayat, Manamadurai.

3.It appears that the name of the licensee has been changed on the basis of the representation given by the fourth respondent, again it has been transferred in the name of Sreenivasan, by order, dated 27.08.2021.

4. It appears that it is a dispute between the rival licensees. The question of enquiry by the second respondent may not arise. But, however, it is seen from the papers produced by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that as I mentioned by order dated 27.08.2021, the name of the licensee name has been transferred in the name of the fourth respondent.

5. It is also seen that O.S.No.51 of 2021, has also been filed by the petitioner against the fourth respondent before the Principal District Munsif, Manamadurai. So, the second respondent may close the enquiry by directing the parties to work out their remedy through proper proceedings.

6.With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
