Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.01.2016 and cancel the document No.93/2012, dated 19.01.2012 in the light of Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3. Since no order prejudicial to the interest of the respondents 3 to 7 is going to be passed, notice to them, is dispensed with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.According to the petitioner, she has filed a petition before the first respondent to cancel the sale deed, said to have been executed by the respondents 3 to 7, which was registered by the second respondent on 19.01.2012. After the receipt of the said petition, the first respondent has also taken the same on file and now enquiry is pending with the first respondent. Since there is no progress in the enquiry conducted by the first respondent, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that now enquiry is pending with the first respondent and they will complete the enquiry within a short span of time.
4. In such circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, dated 07.01.2016 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after conducting enquiry and after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 7. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
