ORDER

The petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the respondent police are harassing her under the guise of an enquiry based on the complaint of 4th and 5th respondents.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent police submits that 5th and 4th respondents are the petitioner's husband and daughter respectively. The petitioner is having issues with her husband and is living with another person namely one Sankar. He further submits that a case in Crime No.200 of 2025 has been registered as against the said person, based on the complaint of the 4th respondent that he abused her. Since a case is registered against the said Sankar, the petitioner has come up with this petition and they are not harassing the petitioner. He has also produced the copy of FIR in Crime No.200 of 2025.
