This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking transfer of the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.330 of 2021 from the file of Family Court, Tiruppur to Family Court, Theni. 2.Today(10.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the same, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
