ORDER : The petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 04.12.2020 and the requisition letter of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial cases under pocso act, Srivilliputhur, vide letter in D.No. 825/2021, dated 24/09/2021, this court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in SPL.S.C.No.7 of 2019. 2.This Court already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 04.12.2020 and directed the trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Srivilliputtur, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted for disposing SPL.S.C.No.7 of 2019 and the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Srivilliputtur, is directed to comply with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
